Michelle L. Fowler

Michelle is a licensed title agent and Notary. She has over 21 years of experience in the title industry. Her experience started as a mortgage processor with a small mortgage broker in 1998 in Orange City. During that time, she worked with conventional loans, VA loan, FHA loans, 2nd mortgage loans and first time homebuyers programs. In June of 2001 Michelle changed over from the mortgage side to title processing and joined the Coast Title team. She knows the title industry from start to finish and strives to ensure a smooth closing with realtors, lenders, brokers, buyers and sellers. Michelle enjoys learning the ins and outs of the title industry and is committed to building long-term relationships with her clients.

Michelle is dedicated in giving back to her community and volunteers with two non-profit organizations, The Orange City Blue Spring Manatee Festival in which she is on the Board of Directors as the secretary and with the Orange City Sorosis Club, where she has served as the President on different terms for a total of 6 years. Michelle was chosen to be the woman of the year in 2004.
