Julie Bertrand

Julie graduated from High School in 1975 and from the University of New York at Plattsburgh in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science Degree.

Julie started her career in the Mortgage Industry in 1985 preparing closing packages, post closing and auditing files.  In the fall of 1988 she went to work for a local Title Company in DeLand as an Escrow Officer.  She received her Certified Land Closer Designation in 1992 and became a Florida Licensed Title Agent on April 4th, 1993, at which time she started to manage several offices in the DeLand and Deltona area. She was hired as Manager of the office when it opened in 1997.

She received several Appreciation Awards and in December of 1993 she was chosen as West Volusia Realtors Affiliate of the Year.

Julie has lived in Orange City since 1984 and enjoys volunteering with two of the local Non-Profit organizations; The Orange City Blue Spring Manatee Festival, where she serves as Treasurer and The Orange City Sorosis Club where  she has served as President and Haunted House Chairman several times.  She was chosen as Orange City Sorosis Club Woman of the Year in 2005.
